Cakes by Darcy is a family owned and operated cake boutique, established in Roswell, GA in 2004, creating bespoke custom decorated cakes for Weddings and other special occasions.

Darcy, An award-winning cake designer with over 36 years in the industry, and her daughter Andrea, are always honored and privileged to be asked to be a part of a client’s special day.

​

Darcy has been designing and decorating cakes since 1987, where she began working in the bakery department at a local grocery store in Marshalltown, Iowa. She then honed her craft at two Chicago landmark bakeries, before relocating to the Atlanta area in 1997, and opening her own shop in 2004.

​

Andrea, a KSU sculpture major, began her career at the age of 14, and has become an incredible asset to the business through her sculpture, many talents, dedication and amazing work ethic!

Darcy believes that style and creativity are her biggest assets, allowing her to take simple fresh ingredients and with Andrea’s assistance, transform them into edible works of art!
